Test week:(

Hallo, every one! :) How are you doing? I'm little tired. Because from last week to this week, we have some test! I'm very nervous because this time test is our first test. ;( So, I did my best and studied hard until today. 8 o We rest a few test! Let's try to do our best I wish we could get good score and I could spend wonderful summer vacation.

A lot of people try to many kind of diet. Today, I recommend you swimming diet! Do you know swimming diet? I searched swimming diet record that one person keep trying. It's only do swimming. No food restriction. But, you should take care too eat snack. And you should continue swimming at a uniform pace. Swimming diet is easy diet than running diet! Because water pressure can burn off fat easily and quickly than aerobic exercise like running. Because, your whole body receive water pressure and it's can burn fat in a short time. So, this diet can everyone who are busy salaried workers and housewife.

McDonalds!


Hello every one. I'm going to talk about Mcdonald. I think everyone know McD! It's famous humbugger shop. It's cheap and the taste is good. But these days, McD was accused by civilians about overweight. They said becoming overweight is McD's responsibility. In the result of this, McD paid money for him. And after this incident, they show calories of all menus. What do you think about this? So, I looked over the relation between McD and overweight.

How do you think when you eat only hamburger for one month?


One American man challenged the only hamburger’s life for a month. He became very fat! After heard about this, the other Japanese man challenged same things. But, he didn't become so fat. What is different between them? He said easily “I think this depend on one’s self. Or American hamburger is much calories than Japanese one.”:)
